My name is Zaria, and I am a Full-Spectrum Doula committed to walking with individuals and families through every chapter of their reproductive journey—with compassion, strength, and deep respect. From conception to birth, postpartum, loss, and everything in between, I offer nonjudgmental, holistic support rooted in empowerment and trust.

My work is about holding space—for your voice, your choices, and your transformation. Whether you're navigating joy, uncertainty, grief, or celebration, I bring grounding presence, evidence-based guidance, and heart-centered care to meet you exactly where you are. As a full-spectrum doula, I honor all outcomes, all bodies, and all stories. My role is not to direct your path, but to walk beside you as you claim it.

Labor Support Only

• 1 prenatal visit (60–90 min)
• Unlimited phone/text/email support
• On-call from 38 weeks until birth
• Continuous labor & birth support
• 1 postpartum follow-up visit (in person or virtual)

Standard Birth & Postpartum Package

2 prenatal visits
• Birth preferences planning & education
• Unlimited phone/text/email support
• On-call from 38 weeks
• Continuous labor & birth support
• 2 postpartum visits (can include feeding support, light household help, emotional check-ins)

Deluxe Pregnancy & Postpartum Care Package

• 3 prenatal visits (can include partner coaching, birth plan, comfort techniques)
• Custom birth prep plan
• On-call support from 37 weeks
• Continuous birth support
• 4 postpartum visits (up to 2 hrs each)
• 1 prenatal or postpartum massage (partnered therapist)
• Lactation support session (yours or referred)

Postpartum Doula Support Package

• 4-hour shifts, 3–5 days per week (customizable) • Newborn care and soothing • Parental guidance and emotional support • Light meals, laundry, nursery organizing • Feeding and sleep education Available as: • Weekly packages (e.g., 3 days/wk for 2 weeks) • Overnight postpartum support (higher rate)

Virtual Doula Support Package

2 virtual prenatal sessions • Text/email support throughout pregnancy • Video support during early labor or active labor (if client chooses) • 1 postpartum virtual visit Add-ons: Meditation recordings, digital resources, guided birth prep course
